Terms and Conditions

Enrollment: Athletes can secure a spot in our programs through our online booking system. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment: Full payment is required upon booking to confirm a place in the program. [GESS students are eligible for a 20% discount with code GESS20 applied at checkout. A valid GESS Student ID must be submitted as proof. Upon verification of the Student ID, payment is approved, and enrolment is confirmed.] Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation with program details and start dates. Cancellation Policy Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before the program start date will receive a 50% refund. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date or after the program begins are not eligible for a refund. Medical Exemption: In cases of injury or illness, participants may be eligible for a partial credit toward future sessions, provided documentation is submitted.
